We utilize credit and debit card payments, and your card is billed at the start of every month for that month’s service. For example, if you sign up for service beginning in May, we will bill that month’s amount on May 1st. If you sign up for cleanups which start anytime during the month, will bill you for the remainder of that month upon signup. 

You do not need to be home, but we will need the door code, or spare key in order to gain access to the yard if you are not present. 

We currently offer weekly, bi-weekly, or once-per-month service options. 

If our technicians are unable to reach you by calling, text, or knocking on the door, they will wait for 15 minutes before departing, and you will be charged for that cleanup. If the missed cleanup was due to an emergency, please contact us, and we will credit you. 

We will be there, rain or shine. The only exception is if there is a severe weather condition (such as high winds which could cause tree branches to fall, or lightning). 

Yes, we provide next-day reminders, and same-day text reminders so you aren’t taken by surprise. We send you a text approximately 1 hour before arriving.
