Terms of Service – Bay Area Pet Cleanup LLC

Effective Date: 4/22/2025

1. Services Provided

We offer pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties, including:
– Yard cleanup and offsite disposal
Service frequency and pricing will be agreed upon at signup.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide access to all areas requiring service. If pets are on the property during scheduled visits, they must be non-aggressive or securely confined.

Missed services due to inaccessible areas will still be billed.

3. Payments

Services are billed at the start of 1st cleanup, and on the 1st of each month after, for that coming month, and must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via credit or debit card.
Late payments may result in paused service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a visit, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no charge.

6. Weather Policy

We operate in most weather conditions. However, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, flooding, wildfire risk).

7. Holidays

If your service falls on a major holiday, we will notify you in advance and reschedule as needed.

8. Health & Safety

We do not handle waste from sick pets, hazardous materials, or excessive waste build-up without prior agreement and additional charges.

9. Liability

We are insured and take great care during our visits. However, we are not liable for:
– Damage due to unmarked hazards
– Pet injuries or escapes due to inadequate enclosures

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of changes at least 7 days in advance.
